Are you telling the strongest story your business actually has?

Investors don’t see everything you see from inside the company. They see what you choose to put in front of them.

What you choose to make important matters.

More communication
doesn't necessarily make
the opportunity clearer.

A presentation, announcement, website, investor video or campaign can only communicate the thinking it’s given. All of them can be exceptionally well executed and still leave the market with much the same understanding it had before.

Because execution can only work with the story it’s given.

Sometimes the
opportunity isn't a
communications
opportunity at all.

A good project doesn’t automatically make a compelling investment story.

When I get inside a company, I’m looking at the business itself. What it’s trying to achieve. What it has that others don’t. Where the value may be. And whether there’s an opportunity that deserves more attention.

NORTHERN MINERALS
ASX RESOURCES

Standing out didn't
mean telling more of
the same story.

In a market where everyone was starting to sound similar, simply telling more of the same rare-earths story wasn’t going to make the company more distinctive. So we looked deeper.

Dysprosium was one of the most valuable rare earths within Northern Minerals’ Browns Range resource, while China controlled more than 95% of global supply. We then helped build the company’s positioning and investor story around that opportunity.

Australian Dysprosium.

Northern Minerals went on to raise tens of millions in new investment and build the Browns Range Pilot Plant.

Your advisers have
their jobs to do.
So do I.

Brokers, IR, lawyers and communications advisers each bring specialist expertise.

I work with management before the brief reaches them.

And when we’ve found something worth doing, I can stay involved to help make it happen, working with your people, ours, or the right combination of both.

Good thinking should survive all the way to market.

of trial and error.

Experience in very different markets and very different situations teaches you to recognise patterns, make connections, know where else to look and know when the obvious answer deserves another question.

It starts with
a conversation
not a brief.

We start by understanding your business, what you’re trying to achieve and where the opportunities might be. That might lead to a strategic review, ongoing advice or a project that needs implementing.

Sometimes the value is in the thinking. Sometimes it’s in helping make the right things happen. Often, it’s both.
